Off course natives had high hopes for the first Superseries on Danish soil, but even the serious dreams failed friday night – for the most part. The remaining danish mixed doubles – Helle Nielsen (left), Jens Eriksen, Kamilla Rytter Juhl and Thomas Laybourn was the first to fall.

The Mixed Double 2. round matches are almost over – and the Womens Singles are in progres. Amont those, Jun Jae Youn, Korea (left) is waiting for her match against Zhou Mi, China, to start.

With 5 Mens Doubles in the evening matches, Denmark was bound to cause some upsets. Unfortunately it was danes who was also the victims: 8 seeded Lars Paaske and Jonas Rasmussen was defeated by compatriots Mathias Boe (left) and Carsten Mogensen.
